All in-stock Arlo Skye products ship within 1-2 business days of your order (with the exception of laser-engraved luggage). Laser engraving is done in-house and takes 7-10 business days to complete. We do not ship orders on weekends and national holidays. We use FedEx for all deliveries.
U.S. Free Ground Shipments
Arlo Skye offers free U.S. ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Here are the estimated calendar-day delivery times for in-stock products:

U.S. Express Orders
We offer Overnight and 2-Day Express shipping options at check out. If your express order is placed before 1 p.m. EST, the following business day will be counted as the 1st day. If your order is placed after 1 p.m. EST then your order will ship the following business day. For example, if you order using the Overnight service at 4pm on Monday, we will only ship your order on Tuesday. That means you will receive your package on Wednesday. Similarly, if you place your Overnight order on Friday night, we will only ship it on Monday with an arrival date of Tuesday.
We do not offer an express service for Laser Engraving. Suitcases orders will laser engraving will require 7-10 business days for completion after which we can ship orders by Express.
U.S. Express shipments for Carry-Ons
All of our Carry-Ons have a removable airline-compliant fast charger (featuring USB C and A ports). FedEx has a rule that requires a signature on delivery for all products containing spare chargers that are shipped via Express. They will not make any exceptions to this policy. A signed note that is left on the door will not be sufficient for FedEx to drop the package off. This rule does NOT apply to Ground shipments. It only applies to Carry-Ons shipped via Express. None of our other products come with spare chargers.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories
Orders are shipped by air and fees are added at check-out.

I never got my suitcase due to some FedEx mess-up (I live in a high-theft area and have a sign posted, “Do not deliver without signature,” but they did anyway). I was messaging Arlo Skye from day one to let them know about the delivery challenges, when I would be home to accept delivery, alternate delivery addresses, my travel plans, the last day I could accept the suitcase without having to buy one locally, etc., and NEVER have I experienced better customer service every step of the way. The person handling my case was ON IT. While I’m bummed to be traveling without my most wanted suitcase, I will certainly be purchasing one for the next time I travel based on the excellent service I received. As for FedEx, well, that’s another story.
Bag is beautiful and functional. It has a lot of interior space and pack in a organized way. Bag closes easily and wheels are perfect. This bag is a pleasure to travel with.
