All in-stock Arlo Skye products ship within 1-2 business days of your order (with the exception of laser-engraved luggage). Laser engraving is done in-house and takes 7-10 business days to complete. We do not ship orders on weekends and national holidays. We use FedEx for all deliveries.
U.S. Free Ground Shipments
Arlo Skye offers free U.S. ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Here are the estimated calendar-day delivery times for in-stock products:

U.S. Express Orders
We offer Overnight and 2-Day Express shipping options at check out. If your express order is placed before 1 p.m. EST, the following business day will be counted as the 1st day. If your order is placed after 1 p.m. EST then your order will ship the following business day. For example, if you order using the Overnight service at 4pm on Monday, we will only ship your order on Tuesday. That means you will receive your package on Wednesday. Similarly, if you place your Overnight order on Friday night, we will only ship it on Monday with an arrival date of Tuesday.
We do not offer an express service for Laser Engraving. Suitcases orders will laser engraving will require 7-10 business days for completion after which we can ship orders by Express.
U.S. Express shipments for Carry-Ons
All of our Carry-Ons have a removable airline-compliant fast charger (featuring USB C and A ports). FedEx has a rule that requires a signature on delivery for all products containing spare chargers that are shipped via Express. They will not make any exceptions to this policy. A signed note that is left on the door will not be sufficient for FedEx to drop the package off. This rule does NOT apply to Ground shipments. It only applies to Carry-Ons shipped via Express. None of our other products come with spare chargers.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories
Orders are shipped by air and fees are added at check-out.
International Orders
Orders are shipped by air (although certain Canadian destinations also have a ground option). All shipping fees and customs duties are visible when you start check out process.

I traveled for two weeks in Europe with this carry-on max. I have never done a trip before without checked baggage before, but I was able to fit a good amount of clothes and toiletries in this little bugger. Very cute and stands out in a crowd! I saw a different reviewer call it their little lemon, and I knew I couldn't resist; definitely worth the purchase! I overpacked a bit and was rough on the curbs, but so far, this bag has held up quite nicely!
Don't let its diminutive size or sleek profile fool you – this is one ironclad piece of luggage armor. My color – yellow – means my bag is not only supremely cheerful when it pops out of the arrivals conveyor belt, but it also stands out amongst a crowd of dull black and navy.
It's still a young bag, having only traveled from the states to the UK and from the UK to South Africa, but aside from a few scuffs it's in pristine condition.
It's easy to pack, and the space between the handles on the inside of the main compartment fits a pair of sandals perfectly. The small zipper pouch that's suspended mid-bag? My spice and hot sauce storage. Guarantees they won't get jostled or crushed. (Can you imagine?)
So far I have nothing but praise for my lemondrop. It's glorious both inside and out, robust, easy to pack, rolls like a dream, and fits snugly even on a crowded Tube at rush hour.

I was a lifelong Tumi customer.... until I stumbled across Arlo Skye at Public Hotel in NYC. I preferred zippers as the boutique does not yet have this collection. Ordered the navy online and it showed up in 2 days. I've only been on one trip but the quality excellent. Whoever designed this thought about the little details. The removable charger is surprisingly fast. The wheels blow away my old Tumis.
I learned about this company from a friend who had just bought a few as gifts for his team. He had purchased the model with clasps instead of a zipper. The clasps are interesting but I've always preferred zipper since i can stuff my suitcase to the brim and still get it closed by pulling on the zipper. So when they released this new version, I decided to bid farewell to my old Tumi and decided to give this company a try. Just traveled with it from LA to New york and the suit case help up great. it fit perfectly in the overheads with room to spare. rolls so quietly and the got a few compliments from the cabin crew!
