It takes 7 business days for us to complete the laser-engraving. Laser-engraved items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Order cancellations are allowed within 24 hours from when your order was placed. After 24 hours we do not allow cancellations because we start the engraving process. Letter sizing and color shade may differ from the preview examples shown above.
