It ejects from any Arlo Skye carry-on luggage with one click for airport screening, and also works independently — pop it out and use it in the car, an Uber, or anywhere.
Inside are Grade-A lithium-ion cells from Panasonic Japan or LG Korea — roughly 3x the cost of standard Chinese cells — delivering better longevity, thermal stability, and safety. The aluminum casing dissipates heat efficiently. Includes short circuit, over-current, and surge protection.
A standalone charger with these specs and cell quality would typically cost $125 or more.
Can I bring the Portable Charger on a plane?
Yes — the Portable Charger is fully airline compliant. Its capacity of 10,050 mAh equals approximately 37 watt hours, well under the FAA and IATA limit of 100 watt hours for lithium-ion batteries in cabin baggage.
It ejects from Arlo Skye carry-on luggage for screening and is allowed in cabin baggage on all major airlines worldwide.
Like all portable lithium-ion batteries, it must be carried in the cabin and cannot be placed in checked luggage.
What is Arlo Skye's warranty on the Portable Charger?
The Portable Charger is backed by a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear from normal use or damage caused by intentional abuse.

What is Arlo Skye's shipping policy?
Free ground shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required.
Orders ship from our Rhode Island warehouse within 1–2 business days via FedEx or UPS.
Estimated delivery times: Northeast 1–2 business days, Southeast and Central US 2–3 business days, West Coast 4–5 business days.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico shipping is available at rates calculated at checkout; free ground shipping does not apply to these locations.
International shipping is available to Canada, Western Europe, Dubai, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. Fees including customs duties are displayed at checkout.

What is Arlo Skye's return policy?
Free returns on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Unused items in original condition and packaging can be returned within 90 days of fulfillment at no cost.
To start a return, visit our Returns Portal, enter your order number and zip code, and the system will generate a prepaid UPS shipping label. Affix the label to the original carton and drop it off at any UPS Ship Center within 3 calendar days.
We do not offer automatic exchanges — return your item and place a new order for a different color or size. Items exchanged for the same product become final sale.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return, with an additional 2–3 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Missing original packaging? A $40 restocking fee will apply.
Items that cannot be returned include used items, personalized or monogrammed products, orders of 8 or more units, gift cards, clearance or final sale items, and orders shipped outside the USA.
