U.S. Express Orders
Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day Select options are available at checkout. Express orders placed on a business day before 1 p.m. EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. EST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the following business day. For example, an Overnight order placed at 4 p.m. Monday ships Tuesday and arrives Wednesday.
Express Signature Requirement (Original Carry-Ons)
Our original carry-ons include a removable airline-compliant fast charger with USB-C and USB-A ports. UPS and FedEx require a signature on delivery for Express shipments containing a power bank and make no exceptions. A note left on the door is not accepted. This applies only to original carry-ons shipped Express. It does not apply to Ground shipments, to our expandable carry-ons, or to any other product.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories
Orders ship by air. Fees are calculated at checkout.
International Orders
Orders ship by air. Some Canadian destinations also offer a ground option. Shipping fees include customs duties and appear at checkout.
