Warranty & Repair Policy
Rolling Luggage
We offer a 5-year warranty on any manufacturing defects related to parts and workmanship. Our warranty is extended to the original owner of the item and are non-transferable.
The warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage: scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear (including inner fabric), or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling
- Replacement of any non-defective parts in the luggage
- Damage determined by us to be due to intentional abuse, abnormal use, modification, tampering, and/or alteration beyond what could be considered normal handling and use
Soft Bags, The Lap Desk & The Charger
Soft Bags include: The Weekender, The Backpack, The Toiletry Bag, The Travel Kit, and The Pet Carrier. We offer a 2-year warranty on any manufacturing defects related to parts and workmanship. Our warranty is extended to the original owner of the item and are non-transferable.
Purchases from marketplaces
Arlo Skye products purchased on the secondary sales market (such as, but not limited to, Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Craigslist) are not covered by our warranty or repairs. A secondary sale market is one where Arlo Skye has not authorized that market or party to sell our products.
How repairs are processed
If you experience issues with your Arlo Skye piece, please let our team know. We will organize replacement parts, repairs, and, in necessary cases, complete replacements.
To help us assess the issue, please send photographs of the product taken from various angles and distances. If possible, include photos of the box the product arrived in, as it may have been damaged during transport. If the issue can’t be documented with photos, short videos are also welcome.
Some repairs can be done DIY and we send out the part to you with instructions on how to replace the broken part. There is no charge for the parts however a $20 shipping and handling fee is applied.
Some repairs are done at our warehouse. There is no charge for parts and labor however a $50 shipping and handling fee is applied.
Remember to pack the product securely in a box before dropping it off at a FedEx center. The repair process typically takes 10-15 business days. We unfortunately won't accept or repair any items shipped without a box.
