We offer a 5-year warranty on any manufacturing defects related to parts and workmanship. Scratches, nicks and dents due to normal wear and tear are not covered under our warranty.

Soft Bags include: The Weekender, The Backpack, The Toiletry Bag, The Travel Kit, and The Pet Carrier. We offer a 2-year warranty on any manufacturing defects related to parts and workmanship.
Arlo Skye products purchased on the secondary sales market (such as, but not limited to, Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Craigslist) are not covered by our warranty or repairs. A secondary sale market is one where Arlo Skye has not authorized that market or party to sell our products.
How Repairs Are Processed
Repairs for products under warranty can be completed at no extra charge at our warehouse in Rhode Island. However the customer is responsible for the shipping fees related to the return of the product back to Arlo Skye as well as the fees for having the product shipped back to their address. For addresses in the USA located within the 48 contiguous states, Arlo Skye can arrange the 2-way shipping of the product that needs repair for a flat fee of $45 per product that is to be paid by the customer. Once it is paid, Arlo Skye will then send a return label to the customer.
Once the product is packed in a box and dropped off at a FedEx Center, it will take 21 days for the customer to receive the repaired product back. The customer is responsible for sourcing the box to ship the product back to our warehouse in Rhode Island. Any product shipped back to our warehouse without an exterior box / packaging will not be repaired.
