Arlo Skye, Inc. is committed to making our website accessible to all visitors, including those with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the current standard recognized under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Our Commitment

We work with accessibility specialists and use industry-standard automated testing tools — including PowerMapper, axe DevTools, and Lighthouse — to audit our website against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Our testing methodology includes automated full-site scans, manual keyboard-only navigation, screen reader compatibility checks using NVDA on Windows and VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, and color contrast analysis. Audits are conducted on a quarterly basis, and remediation is undertaken on an ongoing basis as issues are identified.

Our ongoing accessibility efforts include:

• Using semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and descriptive page titles
• Providing text alternatives for non-text content such as images
• Ensuring sufficient color contrast and readability
• Supporting keyboard-only navigation and screen reader compatibility
• Maintaining usability at increased text sizes and browser zoom levels
• Presenting structured data using accessible table markup

Compatability with Assistive Technology

Our website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and browsers:

NVDA and JAWS on Windows (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
VoiceOver on macOS (Safari, Chrome) and iOS (Safari)
TalkBack on Android (Chrome)
Keyboard-only navigation across all supported browsers

Known Limitations

While we strive to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across our entire website, some content may not yet fully conform. Third-party content, tools, widgets, and integrations embedded on our site — including but not limited to product reviews, live chat, returns portals, and payment processors — are not owned or controlled by Arlo Skye, and we cannot guarantee their accessibility. When we identify non-conforming content, whether on our own pages or in third-party integrations, we work to remediate it or seek accessible alternatives as quickly as practicable.
