Changed your mind?
No problem—if your order is unused and in its original condition—you have up to 90 days from the fulfillment date to return or exchange your order, free of charge (for orders delivered to Contiguous U.S.).
Important:
If you're returning more than one item, please submit a separate return request for each one. Each item requires its own label. Once you have downloaded the first label, you can start the return for the second item.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition (interior, exterior, wheels)
- Returned in original packaging with all tags, dust bags, and accessories
- Dropped off at UPS within 3 calendar days of receiving your label
How Returns Work
- Use our returns portal to initiate your return
- Each item must be processed separately (one label per item)
- Drop off the package at UPS Ship Center within 3 calendar days
What Can’t Be Returned
- Used items
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Orders of 10 or more units
- Gift cards
- Clearance, archive, or last-call items
- Orders shipped outside the USA

Exchanges
We don’t offer automatic exchanges. If you'd like a different color or size, simply return your item and place a new order. Please note: items exchanged for the same product become final sale and can’t be returned again.
Orders Outside the Continental U.S.
- Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories: customers are responsible for return shipping
- Orders outside the USA: all sales are final
Return Limits & Fees
- You can return up to 2 units of the same product per order
- Missing original packaging? A 15% restocking fee will apply
Refund Timeline
- After we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing
- Refunds typically take 2–3 additional business days to appear on your statement
Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order for free before it ships
- If your order has already shipped, a $20 cancellation fee applies
