All in-stock Arlo Skye products ship within 1 business days of your order. We do not ship orders on weekends and national holidays. We use FedEx or UPS for the majority of our deliveries.
U.S. Free Ground Shipments
Arlo Skye offers free U.S. ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Here are the estimated calendar-day delivery times for in-stock products:

U.S. Express Orders
We offer Overnight and 2-Day Express shipping options at check out. If your express order is placed before 1 p.m. EST, the following business day will be counted as the 1st day. If your order is placed after 1 p.m. EST then your order will ship the following business day. For example, if you order using the Overnight service at 4pm on Monday, we will only ship your order on Tuesday. That means you will receive your package on Wednesday. Similarly, if you place your Overnight order on Friday night, we will only ship it on Monday with an arrival date of Tuesday.
U.S. Express shipments for Carry-Ons
All of our Carry-Ons have a removable airline-compliant fast charger (featuring USB C and A ports). FedEx has a rule that requires a signature on delivery for all products containing spare chargers that are shipped via Express. They will not make any exceptions to this policy. A signed note that is left on the door will not be sufficient for FedEx to drop the package off. This rule does NOT apply to Ground shipments. It only applies to Carry-Ons shipped via Express. None of our other products come with spare chargers.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories
Orders are shipped by air and fees are added at check-out.
International Orders
Orders are shipped by air (although certain Canadian destinations also have a ground option). All shipping fees and customs duties are visible when you start check out process.
The medium lightweight checked bag is sized for trips up to two weeks. Carry-on bags can nest inside the medium for easy storage. When the suitcase first arrive, I was pleasantly surprised at what a lovely yellow color it is – not too bright or muted- very pleasant to look at. The inside is really fun, and I love the storage options – this will be used as a joint children’s suitcase when we go on family trips. Although this did not influence my decision, my son’s name is Arlo, which is pretty cool :)
The outside is sturdy, but lightweight with some give, and seems like it will be very durable, which of coarse is important when traveling with children or on a plane. I appreciate the black rubber feet on one side of the suitcase, opposite the handle, so you can rest it on its side without worrying about scratching the pretty shell.
Perfect size, colorful fabric on inside which makes it very easy to spot various items you pack. Lots of pockets. When you fly, you will never have trouble spotting your bag at luggage pickup! The wheels on this luggage work better than any I have had prior. They work beautifully on carpet! A must when traveling.
Love this bag. After years of using either much heavier bags or ones without much interior organization, I'm glad I went for this Arlo Skye which is easy to roll around. The black design is both sleek and discreet.
Fantastic bag. Picked it up in the US in January and its come with me to Russia, Dubai and the UK. Its perfect for 10 day trips where you need that bit more than just hand luggage can handle -it stretches so you can get that awkward load shut -love the product and the brand!
Perfect sized bag for my week long visit with family. I was able to pack my toddler, baby, and my stuff into the bag. Great compartments and bags for shoes and dirty clothes. Suitcase came quick and costumer service was great especially since I ordered it a little over a week before flying cross-country.
