Every bag is designed in America with the same material obsession and construction standards you would find in a luxury house, sold at a fraction of the price because we sell directly to you without middlemen.

We use premium performance water-resistant fabrics built for airports, road trips, and ski trips. The Weekender and Backpack feature seam-sealed zippers for water resistance and antimicrobial interior linings that eliminate odors over time. The Dopp Kit has a fully waterproof interior lining designed to contain spills and leaks.

Every bag uses reinforced bar-tack construction at all stress points for long-term durability, and every bag is trimmed in premium Italian leather.

Arlo Skye bags are backed by a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs, or stains from normal use, nor damage caused by intentional abuse.

Orders ship from our Rhode Island warehouse within 1–2 business days via FedEx or UPS.

Estimated delivery times: Northeast 1–2 business days, Southeast and Central US 2–3 business days, West Coast 4–5 business days.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico shipping is available at rates calculated at checkout; free ground shipping does not apply to these locations.

International shipping is available to Canada, Western Europe, Dubai, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. Fees including customs duties are displayed at checkout.

Free returns on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Unused items in original condition and packaging can be returned within 90 days of fulfillment at no cost.

To start a return, visit our Returns Portal, enter your order number and zip code, and the system will generate a prepaid UPS shipping label. Affix the label to the original carton and drop it off at any UPS Ship Center within 3 calendar days.

We do not offer automatic exchanges — return your item and place a new order for a different color or size. Items exchanged for the same product become final sale.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return, with an additional 2–3 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Missing original packaging? A $40 restocking fee will apply.

Items that cannot be returned include used items, personalized or monogrammed products, orders of 8 or more units, gift cards, clearance or final sale items, and orders shipped outside the USA.
