All in-stock Arlo Skye products ship within 1 business days of your order. We do not ship orders on weekends and national holidays. We use FedEx or UPS for the majority of our deliveries.
U.S. Free Ground Shipments
Arlo Skye offers free U.S. ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Here are the estimated calendar-day delivery times for in-stock products:

U.S. Express Orders
We offer Overnight and 2-Day Express shipping options at check out. If your express order is placed before 1 p.m. EST, the following business day will be counted as the 1st day. If your order is placed after 1 p.m. EST then your order will ship the following business day. For example, if you order using the Overnight service at 4pm on Monday, we will only ship your order on Tuesday. That means you will receive your package on Wednesday. Similarly, if you place your Overnight order on Friday night, we will only ship it on Monday with an arrival date of Tuesday.
U.S. Express shipments for Carry-Ons
All of our Carry-Ons have a removable airline-compliant fast charger (featuring USB C and A ports). FedEx has a rule that requires a signature on delivery for all products containing spare chargers that are shipped via Express. They will not make any exceptions to this policy. A signed note that is left on the door will not be sufficient for FedEx to drop the package off. This rule does NOT apply to Ground shipments. It only applies to Carry-Ons shipped via Express. None of our other products come with spare chargers.

Orders are shipped by air and fees are added at check-out.
International Orders
Orders are shipped by air (although certain Canadian destinations also have a ground option). All shipping fees and customs duties are visible when you start check out process.

This is a beautiful, sturdy and spacious bag. I took this on a 2 week trip to Portugal as my sole piece of luggage and it did not disappoint. I fit everything I needed within the space with outfits to spare. Also, the wheels made for smooth moving and they managed on cobblestone streets pretty decently. Additionally, I had no issue fitting this in the overhead compartments of multiple carriers and I could easily hoist it above my head as it wasn’t that heavy. I had an issue with my battery blowing out but Arlo’s customer service/happiness team is fantastic and sent me a replacement right away! Great purchase.

I've made over 350000 miles (cf American Airlines) with your cabin "The Frame Carry-On" in dark blue. I'm the CEO of a luxury brand in a very well-known luxury group, and meet a lot of press, PR, partners etc across the USA and Europe, and it's key for me to have a good-looking & awesome luggage. It's a beauty, still looks like new, perfect size for all I need, and love the fact that it's better than competition but not everyone has it!

Just took my first business trip with this bag and it actually exceeded my expectations, which isn't easy for a relatively expensive piece of luggage. After studying the reviews and knowing my travel habits, I decided on the Bigger Polycarbonate Carry-on in Champagne color with my initials monogrammed. I am very happy that I went with the bigger size. It fit perfectly in the overhead on both United domestic flights (one was a 757). And I appreciated the extra room and expect to in the future because there is no expansion option. Like all carryons of this size, it probably would be too big for flights within Europe which tend to have smaller overhead bins.
The design of this bag is exquisite. Not just the visual design, but the attention to functional details and the quality of the components is exceptional. The wheels are just incredible. I had read that they were smooth and silent, but when I first rolled them through SFO I was almost giddy with how smooth they were. When luggage wheels may you happy, you know they did something right. United asked that we remove any charging devices from smart bags before putting them in the overhead. Good news is that the charger is nicely hidden but it's very easy to remove and put back, making it very simple to throw into your other hand carryon. I love the travel set & have gotten many compliments from fellow travelers, flight attendants & hotel staff. The battery in the carry on is easy to remove & is awesome instead of hunting down an available outlet at the airport. My favorite feature is the hinge lock system (no exterior zippers to break). The bag capacity holds a lot although the check in bag (26.6”) is smaller than the usual large 29” size. I kinda wish the check in bag was a bit larger for 2 week international trips but you could probably edit your packing list. The interior fabric has a beautiful design & zippered pockets on one side. I bought a clear plastic luggage protector sleeve from Amazon to protect my check in from scrapes, scratches & dirt.
