All in-stock Arlo Skye products ship within 1 business days of your order. We do not ship orders on weekends and national holidays. We use FedEx or UPS for the majority of our deliveries.
U.S. Free Ground Shipments
Arlo Skye offers free U.S. ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Here are the estimated calendar-day delivery times for in-stock products:

U.S. Express Orders
We offer Overnight and 2-Day Express shipping options at check out. If your express order is placed before 1 p.m. EST, the following business day will be counted as the 1st day. If your order is placed after 1 p.m. EST then your order will ship the following business day. For example, if you order using the Overnight service at 4pm on Monday, we will only ship your order on Tuesday. That means you will receive your package on Wednesday. Similarly, if you place your Overnight order on Friday night, we will only ship it on Monday with an arrival date of Tuesday.
U.S. Express shipments for Carry-Ons
All of our Carry-Ons have a removable airline-compliant fast charger (featuring USB C and A ports). FedEx has a rule that requires a signature on delivery for all products containing spare chargers that are shipped via Express. They will not make any exceptions to this policy. A signed note that is left on the door will not be sufficient for FedEx to drop the package off. This rule does NOT apply to Ground shipments. It only applies to Carry-Ons shipped via Express. None of our other products come with spare chargers.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories
Orders are shipped by air and fees are added at check-out.
International Orders
Orders are shipped by air (although certain Canadian destinations also have a ground option). All shipping fees and customs duties are visible when you start check out process.

I don’t normally like to take a carry on but purchased this one for a 12 day trip to Italy. I already owned one of the larger cases but wanted to have a few days outfits and essentials in the event my larger, checked, Arlo Skye bag was delayed (which it was!). The Zipper Carry on was perfect and the capacity was great. It was perfect for what I needed. I love both of my Arlo Skye cases. They are roomy, exceptionally well made and glide smoothly and quietly. And they look great and receive compliments and inquiries, as to the brand.
I brought this on my first international trip to Japan and this little guy was awesome. I could fit 4 days worth of clothes in here, plus a bulky foldable check-in bag, plus all my electronic gadgets. The shoe bags and laundry bags were a really nice touch because I did actually get to use them on my trip (I used one of the shoe bags as a makeshift delicates bag and the larger bag to haul all my dirty laundry to and from the hotel laundromats).
The luggage was literally the perfect size to fit the over head cabins without issues, and it was durable enough to survive being checked in and squashed by way heavier luggages as well. The wheels were really smooth even when going over badly cracked sidewalks in the more rural areas, and also over the yellow textured bumps that seemed to be on every sidewalk and in every train station in the larger cities of Japan.
The last pro I wanted to mention is that the customer service is amazing. I waited until the very last second to order this luggage because I was so torn on whether this would be worth the hefty price tag. As soon as I went through with the order, I opened a chat window and explained my situation and how soon my departure flight was coming up. The person I chatted with told me the luggage would be arriving the next business day. I am beyond grateful!

HIGH QUALITY and FUNCTIONALITY
I have been a huge supporter of Arlo Skye since the start—however, the new Zipper line is exceptional. I am so happy and have found the luggage to exceed all expectations. Flawless design, combined with stunning quality makes this the ideal piece for me. It's been a good run with Tumi. But Arlo Skye is the new luggage standard.
