We combined an impact-resistant polycarbonate shell with an aluminum frame to take durability to the next level. The top corners are reinforced with aluminum caps. Each piece can double as an on-the-go seat at a crowded airport gate.
We replaced the outer zipper with an aluminum frame and two integrated clasp locks. Set different combination codes on each of the TSA-approved clasp locks (just don’t forget them!)

Great piece of luggage, and it def held up in the travel chaos. The only thing I would add is to engrave the owner's initials on the luggage tag. I mean, you’re already including it, so might as well engrave it (for FREE, as a SURPRISE). Otherwise I really enjoyed the smaller pockets inside, the design of the case, the spare shoe/laundry bags included, to the quiet wheels (they may need springs, if you make a sporty version). Not every destination has nice flat surfaces upon arrival lol. I will def be buying the carry on case!
