As anyone who travels, a solid suitcase is essential. This bag checks all the boxes as 'the best". The 2 buckle closure is awesome especially if you've ever had a zipper break mid trip. The wheels are amazing especially on the cobblestone streets of Nantucket, Milan, Zurich, etc. You will love the fact that this fully loaded bag can handle those streets with ease. The inside compartment are well thought out. I love these bags so well that we have been getting them for our whole family. Great job Arlo Skye!
We’ve traveled the world for 50+ years with carry-on only. It was definitely time for new luggage. We like that there are no zippers, and we like the clamshell design because we pack 50/50 so if one suitcase goes missing (it never has… well, almost on a dusty road in India), we have the basics. We took it to Hawaii… but what do you really need to fit in for Hawaii? We know it will work well for roaming the world when we are able to again. We think we would like another one…. any sales coming up soon? M & J
It's a beautiful luggage, very slick and modern. Very well made.
Bought the smaller carry-on for my husband who travels frequently for business and wanted something smaller than his usual carry-on but easy to handle and reliable. He has been on several trips with it and loves it. It’s is lighter in weight than his old stand by and handles much easier and quieter. I purchased the frame version just for the added protection/strength for the times he would need to gate check. He flys at least once a month and always comments how great that suitcase is. I’ll be getting the larger one so he can finally get rid of the old one.
To date, I'm pleased with my Arlo bag's design features, quality details and faultless operation. I think I am equally pleased that it is not the R brand so ubiquitous in airports and hotels in East Asia.
