All in-stock Arlo Skye products ship within 1 business days of your order. We do not ship orders on weekends and national holidays. We use FedEx or UPS for the majority of our deliveries.
U.S. Free Ground Shipments
Arlo Skye offers free U.S. ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Here are the estimated calendar-day delivery times for in-stock products:

U.S. Express Orders
We offer Overnight and 2-Day Express shipping options at check out. If your express order is placed before 1 p.m. EST, the following business day will be counted as the 1st day. If your order is placed after 1 p.m. EST then your order will ship the following business day. For example, if you order using the Overnight service at 4pm on Monday, we will only ship your order on Tuesday. That means you will receive your package on Wednesday. Similarly, if you place your Overnight order on Friday night, we will only ship it on Monday with an arrival date of Tuesday.
U.S. Express shipments for Carry-Ons
All of our Carry-Ons have a removable airline-compliant fast charger (featuring USB C and A ports). FedEx has a rule that requires a signature on delivery for all products containing spare chargers that are shipped via Express. They will not make any exceptions to this policy. A signed note that is left on the door will not be sufficient for FedEx to drop the package off. This rule does NOT apply to Ground shipments. It only applies to Carry-Ons shipped via Express. None of our other products come with spare chargers.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories
Orders are shipped by air and fees are added at check-out.
International Orders
Orders are shipped by air (although certain Canadian destinations also have a ground option). All shipping fees and customs duties are visible when you start check out process.

I ordered this luggage for my trip in Japan. There are tons of walking in Tokyo but the wheels of this luggage is so smooth and quiet! Plus the interior fabrics is water repellent!

Great piece of luggage, and it def held up in the travel chaos. The only thing I would add is to engrave the owner's initials on the luggage tag.
I mean, you’re already including it, so might as well engrave it (for FREE, as a SURPRISE).
Otherwise I really enjoyed the smaller pockets inside, the design of the case, the spare shoe/laundry bags included, to the quiet wheels (they may need springs, if you make a sporty version). Not every destination has nice flat surfaces upon arrival lol.

I surprised my husband with medium size champagne color suitcase and he was besides himself. He tested it immediately on his flight to mexico and suitcase met all his needs. He loves that it does not have a zipper, it is light and color is just so beautiful! We are going to Paris soon so we cant wait to test it again. It had slight scratchea after first travel, but nothing major. Shipping was extremely fast. I think it took two days total to ship to Chicago without paying premium shipping charge. We are thrilled and will get a pink one for me next :)
I finally decided it was high time I invested in an 'grown up' suitcase. My Arlo Skye champagne color check-in not only looks great (and wears well, even after taking a beating from the baggage handlers), but navigates smoothly over any terrain. I love it and can't stop telling my friends about this brand. Ordering the matching carry-on ASAP.
